Vintage Omega Movement & Dial. Affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Omega or any of it's authorized dealers. Movement : manual winding movement, caliber 266 , number 14298199, 17 Jewels and signed "Omega Swiss". Dial with gilt applied hour numbers and markers, gilt hands.

Subsidiary dial for seconds at 6 o`clock. The movement is apparently complete. The balance whels runs smoothly when you shake the movement but stop. Maybe nead a cleaning or good for parts.
