Jaeger-LeCoultre Watch 35mm K480/CW Hand-Winding Sub Dial for Parts/Repair

Movement is original JL K480/CW Hand-Winding, and very clean. However, the movement is not clicking. Dial is OK with some blemishes as shown. As shown, second arm is missing. At the end, I got this non-working, wrecked watch back.
