You are looking at a very rare Heuer Diver. This is a rare and not often seen large 40mm day/date Heuer Diver from the late 70s / early 80s. This watch precedes the Tag Heuer merger. This is a black faced. It is one of only a handful of Heuer divers with the crown at the 4 o'clock position. This watch is a true survivor. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. It is the men's size Heuer watch with a case size of about 40mm (42mm crown included). The crystal is in fair condition with quite a few light scratches.
The back casing is in good condition with typical light wear scratches. It has the original 21mm unsigned stainless steel bracelet. The bracelet is the original stainless steel band. It is in good condition with light wear, scratches, & mild stretch. The clasp and surrounding area is in good condition with light wear scratches and desk rash. The bezel is in fair condition with light wear scratches.
The hands & hour markers look very good. The crown is the original and it is correctly unsigned.I would rate this true survivor as a 6 out of 10 in condition. It does not run properly.
The watch did not run when a new battery was placed in it. The stainless band is all original. It will fit a large 8.75 inch or smaller size wrist. Bezel is stationary on this model.
It is quartz movement and 200 meters water resistant. I always recommend having seals tested before wearing in water. Please see all of my other Tag Heuers for sale too. I have men's and women's tags that are new and used and in all price ranges.
200 Meters / 660 Feet Water Resistant. My feedback speaks for itself! ALL ITEMS COME FROM MY SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE HOME.
