It does not keep time properly. The watch kept perfect time for years. Then a few months ago it started losing time periodically. I suspected it was magnetized. I demagnetized the watch a few times.

After demagnetization, the watch would run perfectly for a few months. But now it has started losing time again.

But it could be a much smaller issue. You can operate & move the hands with no issue.

There is no water damage. It runs and keeps the date. I would suspect it is a bad coil or movement. You are looking at a white sand faced Tag Heuer WD1221 men's 1500 Series Professional watch. This watch is a true survivor.

Not many of these were made. It is identical to the ultra popular 955.713 model. I currently have quite a few for sale.

It was simply time to clean out the closet. It is a men's size TAG watch with a case size of about 38mm (40mm including the crown).

The crystal is in perfect condition with no scratches. The back casing is in excellent condition with light scratches. The crown has light chipping. The bracelet is stainless steel and gold plated. It is in very good condition with light scratching.

The clasp and surrounding area looks very good with light scratches. The bezel looks very good with light scratching.

The hands & hour markers look great. I would rate this as a solid 9 out of 10 in condition. The watch is all original and will fit up to a 7.65 inch wrist. I have access to them from a local jewelry store.

It also has the wet-suit extender which allows someone with a larger wrist to get it on. The bezel turns and clicks in the counter clockwise direction, as it should. I t is quartz movement and 200 meters water resistant.

No extra links are included. I always recommend having seals tested before wearing in water. The serial numbers are engraved on the back of the watch. Please see all of my other Tag Heuers for sale.
